The Untold Collection

ANNUAL EXHIBIT & FUNDRAISER

"What Were You Wearing?"

Every garment tells a truth the world tried to silence. This exhibit exists to shatter the myth that clothing is ever an invitation — and to raise funds for organizations on the front lines of protecting women.

The Untold Collection is an annual "What Were You Wearing?" exhibit that runs as a fundraiser for nonprofits that support women fleeing sexual violence and human trafficking.

Originating at the University of Arkansas in 2013, Jen Brockman and Dr. Mary Wyandt-Hiebert created the project. Through curated outfits, storytelling, and immersive design, the exhibit honours survivors and educates the public on the realities of sexual violence.

More than an exhibit — a movement.

Each garment on display represents a real experience. Not a fashion choice. Not an invitation. Simply what someone was wearing when their world changed. The exhibit confronts victim-blaming directly and creates space for survivors to be seen and believed.
